Durga puja is undoubtedly the most awaited and the biggest annual festivity amongst bengalis.....It is a week long celebration.....which includes ah..!! good food...meeting old family friends and obviously having a hell lot of fun....!
....this year the festivity was not as good as last year but still quite memorable....here are some pics...

The Murti of Goddess Durga is the main attraction of the festivity.....
Now thats a traditional dance done with an earthen pot
and the drums in the background mark the beginning of the festival...
The best durga puja obviously happens in Kolkata....and each place the decoration is done with a theme.....so if u ever happen to be in Kolkata during the puja then nothing will please your eyes more than the festivity itself... and on that note
